• A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms and holds your date — no exceptions
• The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the event, before performance begins
• Accepted payment methods — Zelle, Cash and Bank Transfer only
• Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received
• A minimum of 2 weeks advance notice is preferred for all bookings

Cancellation Policy

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may have their deposit transferred to a future booking, at our sole discretion
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit entirely
• Cancellations under 48 hours may be subject to full payment at our discretion

Performance & Timing

• All packages are sold by event coverage time, not continuous non-stop performance time
• Scheduled comfort breaks are included in all packages and are part of the coverage window
• Any performance requested beyond the booked coverage time will be billed at an additional hourly rate
• If an event starts late due to the client, the booked coverage time is not extended

Equipment & Venue

• Sound system and karaoke are not included in any package — the client is responsible for arranging these
• A suitable and ready performance space must be available at the venue on arrival
• For outdoor events, the client is responsible for all weather contingency arrangements
• Travel outside Houston may require travel and accommodation costs to be covered by the client

Noor Jehan Mimicry

• Mimicry requires a minimum of 1 week advance notice due to dedicated preparation time
• Add-on to Silver package — $150. Booked as standalone — $250. Saves you $100 as an add-on.
• Mimicry is included at no extra charge in both Gold and Platinum packages
• Specific Noor Jehan song requests for mimicry are subject to availability and preparation time
